1. Refined copper subject:
Leading main selection of high-quality HPb62 refined copper ingot, using the international most advanced gravity casting process, precision machining manufacturing, natural, strong and durable.
2. Lead content standard:
Meet the national GB/18145-2003 lead standard, no harm to human health, protect you and your family to use products without harmful metal elements.
3. Electroplating:
Using advanced electroplating process, nickel, chromium multiple coating, coating combination is good, fine adhesion, uniform color, excellent corrosion resistance, to ensure that the product surface shiny, lasting forever new.
4. Spool:
a) Adopt precision imported ceramic spool, with diamond-like hardness, high quality ceramic spool, feel comfortable and light, after more than 500,000 times of switch can still operate smoothly, labor saving, durable and watertight;
b) No maintenance, no wear, aging resistance;
c) Suitable for hard water, not affected by gravel or sand.
5. Product inspection:
The introduction of German spectrometer, Japan film thickness tester and other advanced experimental equipment, from the detection of raw materials to the testing of auxiliary parts, product service life, product sealing to product coating surface thickness test, product water saving flow test, each process has been strictly inspected. The operation standard of the whole experiment is completed according to CAS Canadian standard, ASM American standard, EN817 European standard and relevant national standards. 100% water test is carried out before the product leaves the factory to ensure that the faucet is watertight.
6. Advantages of gravity casting process:
a) Using refined copper to make products with uniform wall thickness;
b) Smooth surface, good quality, no sand holes, impurities, cracks, pinholes, pores and other defects, and high dimensional precision;
c) Good surface makes the coating binding tightly, good surface gloss, long service life;
d) The products are processed by modern machinery and formed by metal and steel mold.
7. Disadvantages of sand foundry process:
a) Casting is prone to casting defects, resulting in the formation of more sand holes, impurities, pores, pinholes and cracks on the surface of the faucet;
b) The dimensional accuracy is poor, and the shrinkage cavity and porosity lead to high leakage rate;
c) Using traditional mechanical equipment for processing;
d) The appearance is easy to deform.
